Acts 16: 6-15 – First of all God wants us to just get moving, going out into the world making disciples and expanding the Kingdom. But He often guides our path by closing doors and blockading pathways,

forcing us to try new avenues. When God stops us, He is still guiding us. This is the idea of Providence: God will provide all we need as we step out in a journey of faith. We cannot wait until everything is known. This will never happen. Faith means navigating one day at a time, and accepting stop signs as much as green lights as the Providence of God. We need to hear this as Emmanuel continues on the path of Visioning and Long Range Planning.
