An oasis in the desert, a love song to God. For our souls long for the spiritual food and drink that would give true life. God’s love is loyal, steadfast, eternal, and therefore it is better than temporal life itself.

Therefore we can find peace, rest, deep satisfaction knowing that God can never leave us or forsake but will love us to the very end. We remember this as we share the bread and the wine of communion, the remembrance of a love that is stronger that death.
