The Mystery of the Cross: Preparing for Easter

A weekly online Devotional for Lent

Date: Begins Sunday, March 1 until Easter Sunday, April 12

Location: A 7 week ONLINE bible devotional series aimed for Individual or Small group use

The Cross is not a simple straight-forward reality. It has been found on guns that shoot at people and on the ambulances that save them. It has been used to accumulate power and to give it away. It is simple enough that a child can see it as demonstration of God’s love…and yet mysterious enough that we never finish plumbing it’s depths. The Cross is both a “done deal” and also a continuing reality. It is the “foolishness of God” that is wiser than human wisdom.

As followers of Jesus, we are called to live the Way of the Cross. During Lent, as we prepare for Easter, join us as we explore the Mystery of the Cross.

Begins Sunday March 1st and continues through Easter Sunday, April 12 . Each week a new video-devotional will be posted (The first devotional will be available Monday, Feb. 23 for Small Group usage)

COST: $5 for an individual or family. This allows people to view the videos as an individual or with their immediate family, on one computer.

$15 for a Small Group. This allows Small Groups to view the videos on their computers and in a Group setting.

TECHNICAL DETAILS: Do I Have to be an online expert to get this to work? No! You will be sent a code that will allow you to access our secure server, which will give you access to the series. Each week during Lent a new video will be uploaded, for your use that week. For optimal viewing, we recommend that you have high-speed Internet access using Internet Explorer.
