Karaoke: from the Japanese word meaning, “empty orchestra”. a form of entertainment in which people take turns singing popular songs into a microphone over prerecorded backing tracks. Somehow, we’re going to do it. And if we don’t want to sing, we’ll still listen to music, eat and drink, and talk about the burning issues in life.

Note the change of location: we’re graciously relinquishing the Youth Lounge to the Extreme Team, so we’re meeting in the newly renovated ‘Family Room’—where the old nursery used to be.
